The Olympic Games for the Olympic Games
There is less than a month left until the official game of this year's Olympic Games. Would you run like an astronaut?
If I'm lucky with the virus, we'll only see the Olympics in Tokyo this year. And as befits such an event, a video game will also be released in his honor. It's called Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 – The Official Video Game, it's published by Sega, and it will be available for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam, Stadio and PC PC.
In the game, it will be possible to compete in 18 disciplines, so it will be relevant for quite some time:
- 100 m run
- 4×100 m relay
- 110 m steeplechase
- hammer throw
- long jump
- baseball
- basketball
- beach volleyball
- football
- rugby
- tennis
- table tennis
- boxing
- judo
- swimming 100 m freestyle
- swimming 200 m mixed
- sport climbing
- BMX
As we know, this year's Olympics are taking place in Japan, where people sometimes have a little strange ideas for our taste. And of course this is also reflected in the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 game, where you can equip the competitors with a wide variety of jerseys and, for example, run 100 meters like an astronaut or climb like Spiderman...
Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 – The Official Video Game will be released on June 22, and you can pre-order your copy from select retailers now.
