Cyberpunk 2077 also on the table

If the game's slang-tinged synopsis accompanying the Kickstarter campaign is any indication, it's clear that the creators of the desktop version have serious respect for the source material: "Cyberpunk 2077: Gangs of Night City is a competitive board game for one to four players, each representing their own ruthless gang fighting for control of the Night City underworld."

Along with the signature crimson and neon yellow aesthetic, the board game will come with a bunch of unpainted plastic miniatures featuring prominent characters from the video game. Among the roughly two dozen plastic miniatures that will come with the game, players can expect Jackie Welles, Johnny Silverhand and Judy Alvarez.

Since the Kickstarter campaign was very successful, the outcome of the game is not in question, but it will have to wait until July 2023.
