The big return of Tom and Jerry?
The trailer for the movie has been released, in which Tom and Jerry will visit New York in the style of Roger Rabbit.
Do you remember the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit from 1988? In a similar style, i.e. a mixture of animation and film, the legendary Tom and Jerry are returning to the big screen, which will visit New York. Jerry obviously finds a home there in the hotel, but since mice are not welcome in such establishments, the management comes up with a cat to chase him away. Of course Tom. You can imagine the continuation…
The film will hit the big screen next year, in which, in addition to the legendary Mison and the cat, Chloë Grace Moretz (Let Me Down, Neighbors 2, Addams Family...) and Michael Peña (Cesar Chavez, Ant Man, 12 Braves...) will also star.
Can Tom and Jerry repeat the success of Roger Rabbit? True, they have almost the same "faces" as in the old versions of the cartoon, which is good, but the story... We'll see. The film has been shot and is in post-production.
